The 2nd edition of Health Film Festival will screen ‘smoke’.
‘Smoke’, written and produced by Mohammad Ehsani, is a documentary that depicts air pollution in the capital city of Tehran and the effects of the environmental problem on the inhabitants of the megacity. The documentary also illustrates air pollution in Tehran as a problem that causes a death toll of 5000 on a daily basis in the metropolitan city.
‘Smoke’ has been selected out of 146 documentaries received by the festival to compete with other 43 rivals.
The Health Film Festival aims to collect brilliant ideas by inviting committed cinema artists whose concern is a healthy life for people.
The second edition of the festival is slated for August 23-27, 2017 in Tehran.
